The Bertinet Bakery artisan range for Waitrose Local & Regional. A range of 6 to 8 breads and seasonal variations stocked in up to 24 branches. The Bertinet Bakery was awarded the Waitrose Local & Regional Supplier Award in 2013 in recognition of the product quality, sales and in-store partner training relating to the product and its merchandising and display.

Sliced Tin Sourdough
2016 - 2020
The Bertinet Bakery sliced tin sourdough range. A ground-breaking sliced tin sourdough loaf designed to have a several day shelf life with no additives or preservatives and suitable for national distribution. Currently stocked by Waitrose and Ocado.
Lurpak
Slow Churned Butter
Launched 2013
Recipe development and campaign for Lurpak Slow Churned Butter. A range of seasonal pastries including; spiced Christmas tea buns, chocolate orange crumpets, Earl Grey & pistachio scones and festive spelt pikelets with cinnamon sugar. The campaign involved a press and blogger evening in London as well as features in BBC Good Food and Delicious magazines. Images by Holly Pickering.
Pret a Manger

A light brioche type roll created for Pret a Manger to serve as the carrier for its breakfast range. The roll was clean label and was designed to withstand holding in both warm and chilled cabinets.

Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Viennoiserie Range

Working with the supplier and the client to create a premium clean label range at scale as well as developing packaging to protect the delicate product in transit and ensure excellent on shelf appeal.
Phuket Yacht Haven Deck Restaurant & Bake Bar

Design and fit out of a small bakery space. Training the local team to produce a core range of bread, pastries and viennoiserie to supply their on site restaurant as well as doughs to supply to the visiting yachts.
